Consolidated budgeting guidance for 2008-09
Guidance for government departments on the budgeting framework that applies for expenditure control. The changes in the budgeting framework will be reflected in the numbers for departmental budgets published at the time of the Budget in Spring 2008 - these changes have no effect on the national accounts or the fiscal rules.
