1. HM Customs and Excise and Inland Revenue have been merged to form HM Revenue and Customs.

2. Please see Home Office Technical Notes (TNs). The Criminal Justice System and Action Against Illegal Drugs are cross-departmental programmes and do not have separate TNs.

3. The Local Government PSA brings together targets from several different departments and does not have a separate Technical Note.
